    In early June, Shannon Rake and Sylvia Earle from Mission Blue, together with the The Explorer´s Club team, invited us (Charla Basran and myself) to the “World’s Oceans Week” event that took place in New York city. There, we had the chance to present officially the declaration of the First Hope Spot in Iceland and to be present in the United Nations World Oceans Day event.
